1. How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders usually take 3-7 business days to process and ship. During sales the process & ship time may be increased a couple of days.
If you are ordering any custom made products then allow 2 weeks for your order to be created, processed and shipped.
2. How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped out by United States Postal Service http://www.usps.com/. A tracking number will be sent out the email that is provided on the invoice. Please provide an email address that you check often on your invoice.
3. Can I ship to a different address?
Yes you may ship to a different address, please provide the correct ship to contact information and it will go to that address. If it is a gift, please leave that comment in the notes, and an invoice will not be added to that address but to the email that you sent. Also if you would like to add a personalized note card, also include that in the notes area.
4. What are my shipping options?
Your shipping options are First Class or Priority that usually takes 2-4 business days or Parcel Post which is the slowest and inexpensive way to ship a package. Parcel Post takes approximately 5-7 days.
5. When are prizes shipped out?
If you won a prize from Bubble Babez Bath Company please allow us at least 2-4 weeks to ship it out. If it is a Holiday then please allow at least 4-6 weeks before your package is shipped.
Such products like Lotion Bars, Whipped Body Mousse and Whipped Shea Scrubs may melt in transit. If a product should melt please put in the refrigerator until it solidifies. We are not responsible for melted items. Although, we will take every measure to protect packages from heat. We do offer heat protection and suggest that orders with meltable items be shipped priority. For a small fee we provide the heat shield protection & Ice Pack for your meltables. Due to shipping conditions we can not guarantee it will not melt.

We will not accept returns without authorization.
Items must be returned unused, in its original packaging and returned within 5 days of delivery along with a copy of the original packing slip.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns please use a mail carrier that provides tracking information.
Your credit card will be refunded for the price of the items returned, once we have received them.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care; we will re-ship your order with the correct item at no additional cost.
